Samsung Galaxy M21 spotted on GeekBench with an Exynos 9611

We have seen some alleged leaks of the Samsung Galaxy M21 some days back and now the smartphone was spotted on GeekBench which reveals it’s hardware and software components. As per GeekBench listing, the Samsung Galaxy M21 will be powered by an Exynos 9611 chipset.

It scored a total of 348 in the single-core test and 1,265 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing confirms that the Samsung Galaxy M21 handset will be powered by a 1.74GHz octa-core Exynos 9611 SoC. The processor will be coupled with a 4GB of RAM.

We don’t know if there will be other RAM variants later but this is what the GeekBench listing revealed as of now. It is also worth noting that the smartphone will run on the latest Android 10 operating system with OneUI 2.0 on top.

This is all that the GeekBench listing revealed as of now. Like i said in the beginning of the post, we have seen some specs leaks about the smartphone and if the leaks are to be believed, the smartphone will feature a dual rear camera setup, with a 24-megapixel primary lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.

The front camera resolution is neither confirmed nor leaked so far. From some recent source, we have also come to learn that the smartphone will arrive in violet color option. This are mere leaks and it is possible that the official specifications might be different. Samsung hasn’t said anything about it so far.

Samsung Galaxy M21 specificications

The Galaxy M21 ofcourse is going to be the successor of the Samsung Galaxy M20 which was released back in January 2019. The latter comes with a 6.3inch Full HD+ display with an infinity V notch cut-out for the selfie camera. It is powered by an Exynos 7904 chipset which has an Octa core processor clocked at 1.8GHz.

There is a dual camera setup at the rear which are the 13MP main camera with an aperture of f/1.9 and a 5MP camera with an aperture of f/2.2. On the front it has an 8MP camera with an aperture of f/2.0. What is keeping the light on is a 5,000mAh battery which supports 15W fast charging. The Galaxy M20 recently got an Android 10 update.
