A new Samsung smartphone has been leaked again which is the Samsung Galaxy A21s. This tells us that, apart from Samsung trying to launch some flagship devices, which are the S20 series, they are pretty pumped for the midrange market.
We have seen leaks about the A41 and A31 already and now this one popped up. The smartphone is likely going to be the successor of the Samsung Galaxy A20 which was released last year. They are still using their 2019 naming strategy this year.
Last year we got the “A” series, and in mid 2019, the “A” with “S” suffix started coming out and that is exactly what they are going to do this year. SamMobile which is a site dedicated to Samsung’s products has revealed the A21s with a macro lens.
The Galaxy A21s will be coming with a macro lens and that is actually a 2MP macro camera. First from A20 series to spot it. We saw it on the Galaxy A51 and A71 though, but their own has a 5MP resolution instead of 2MP. Thanks to SamMobile, they also gave us some key specs of the phone.
Samsung Galaxy A21s will be coming in two configurations, a 32GB internal storage variant and a 64GB internal storage variant. They didn’t reveal the RAM size but looking at things, it might be that the 32GB variant will be coming with a 3GB RAM while the 64GB variant will be coming with a 4GB RAM.
The phone has a model number of SM-A217F. They also revealed that the A21s will be available in four colours which are blue, white, black and red. Looking at this key specs, it seems like the main selling point of this smartphone when it comes out is going to be that dedicated macro camera.
Considering the fact that it’s a midrange phones, it’s quite a welcomed feature. In terms of the Samsung Galaxy A21s release date, we don’t know yet and Samsung has not said anything considering this smartphone but however, we expect the smartphone to be launched next month.
