Oppo Find X2 is the latest flagship device from Oppo Mobile. The smartphone was unveiled on March 6th alongside the bigger brother, the Find X2 Pro. Oppo also unveiled their watch during the launch event. This device comes with a Quad HD+ display and 120Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone comes with a beautiful design, the back is made from glass and it also has an aluminium frame. It weighs about 196grams with a dimension of 164.9 x 74.5 x 8 mm. The device supports dual nano sims slot without an SD card slot.
It features IP54 splash proof, this means that it can survive water splash but it is not entirely waterproof. The phone comes in Black (Ceramic) and Ocean (Glass) colours.
Coming on to the front, the device has a 6.7inches Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 by 3168 pixels. The display features HDR10, DCI-P3 of 100%, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch-sensing and 800 nits of maximum brightness.
Having 800nits of brightness means that the smartphone can be viewed under intensive sun light. The screen was curved down to the bezels leaving it with almost no bezel and it also has a tiny chin, that’s why it has a screen to body ratio of 90.9%.
The AMOLED display and 513 ppi density will result in good colour reproduction. To wrap up with the display, it is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
Hardware & Software
Under the hood, the Find X2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset which has an Octa core processor with a speed of 2.84GHz for the first core, 2.42GHz for the other three cores and 1.8GHz for the last four cores.
It is running on Android 10 with the latest Oppo’s ColorOS 7.1 on top. For graphics or gaming, there is an Adreno 650 GPU taking responsibility. The chipset is backed up by a 12-giga byte of RAM and 256-giga byte of internal UFS 3.0 storage. There is no micro sd card slot for expansion.
Coming to the camera aspect, the smartphone features a triple rear cameras which includes a 48-mega pixels main camera with f/1.7 aperture, 13-mega pixels telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and a 12-mega pixels ultra wide lens with f/2.2 aperture.
The camera can shoot a 4K videos at 30 to 60fps and 1080p videos at 30 to 60fps. There is a dual led flash for low light photography and the camera supports electronic image stabilization. On the front, there is a 32-mega pixels camera.
It has an aperture of f/2.4 and it can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. There is no selfie flash, but it makes use of screen flash instead.
What is keeping the light on in this device is a 4,200mAh battery capacity which supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge. It can take this device from 0% to 100% in just 38 minutes. For security purposes, it makes use of an under display fingerprint scanner.
Connectivity options includes Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and NFC.

The Oppo Find X2 price in Nigeria starts from N412,000 which translates to $1,128 USD and it’s Availablity in Nigeria is not yet confirmed but we guess it might be available soon.
