Oppo has just unveiled a new smartphone in China today and the device goes by the name A52, Oppo A52. The smartphone is a midrange device that comes with all the necessary specifications that you do want in a midrange phone. It also comes with the trending design for the midrange market.
Specifications wise, it comes with a 6.5inch IPS LCD display with a full hd+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It also has a tall aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone has 8.9mm thickness, 75.5mm width size and a length size of 162mm. It uses a Dual Nano SIM and a micro SD card slot up to 256GB. Unlike the normal midrange phones, this device has a side mounted fingerprint scanner.
It uses a dual speakers for perfect stereo audio. Under the hood, the Oppo A52 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset which uses an Octa core processor clocked at 2.0GHz. Storage components includes 8GB RAM & 128GB ROM. It is running on ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10 operating system.
At the rear, there are quad cameras which includes a 12MP main shooter, 8MP ultra wide, 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP camera for selfies or video calls. The smartphone is light in weight at 162grams. Power is constantly supplied by a 5,000mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging.
The smartphone can be gotten in Blue and Black colours. It is currently priced at N81,000 Naira in China which converts to $226 USD and Rs 17,325 if you are in India. There is no information on when the smartphone will be available globally.
